Vic Juliusson

ARCADIA, Fla. - Perry Otto Victor “Vic” Juliusson, 74, passed from this life, in his sleep, on July 24, 2009 at 11:30 p.m. at his residence in Arcadia, Florida. He had not been well for several years.
Born September 14, 1934 to John E. and Anna Pierson Juliusson in Cuba, Illinois, Vic was the second youngest boy of seven children. His parents, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death. He married D. Jean Harper April 25, 1953. This union brought them three children, V. Mark (deceased), Pam (Rodney) Rogers, Clinton, and Michelle LeBeau, Arcadia, FL. He presently has nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Vic had formerly been a tool and die maker, employed at Borg-Warner in Decatur, IL, a farmer in the Kenney area, and a heavy equipment operator. Vic was always proud of the fact that he had worked on the first nuclear submarine, the Nautilus, while employed at Borg-Warner.
Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home in Arcadia, FL. is in charge of the arrangements and cremation. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery.
