CLINTON — David Doran Hardesty, 40, of Highland, Ind., passed away at 10:10 a.m. on August 12, 2008 at the home of his sister, in Midland City, Ill.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at Calvert’s. Ken Lovett will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the David Doran Hardesty Memorial Fund.
David was born on October 10, 1967 in East Chicago, Ind. He was the son of Dean B. Hardesty and JoAnn (Miller) Strohmeyer.
Surviving are his parents JoAnn Strohmeyer, of Midland City and Dean B. Hardesty, of Hammond, Ind.; three children Sara Hardesty, Alexandria Hardesty and Franki Hardesty, all of Ablilene, Texas, and two sisters Dawn (Danny) Johnson, of Midland City, and Johanna Noble, of New York, New York.
His grandparents Gene and Mabel Miller and Doran and Henrietta Hardesty preceded him in death.
He was a craftsman, building pools and millwright work.
