CLINTON — The Clinton City Council passed agreements Tuesday with Merrick Bank and Mediacom Cable as part of it plan to offer online bill payment to residents. The action came during the rescheduled holiday meeting.
Residents will be able to logon to the city Web site, view their accounts in real time and pay their bills online.
The city plans a three-year agreement with Mediacom for the service at a cost of $69 a month.
