Part time person will fill in for absent animal control officer

CLINTON — A temporary part time employee will run the county animal shelter if animal control officer Tamara McFeeters has to take medical leave. The county board’s public safety committee approved the plan.

If McFeeters must take leave, a part time person will be at the shelter during morning hours. The current part time shelter clean up person will fill the temporary position while McFeeters is gone.
