Clarence Charles Peavler

LINCOLN, Ill. — Clarence Charles Peavler, 72, of Lincoln, Ill., passed away on December 3, 2012 at St. Clara’s Manor, Lincoln.

A memorial dinner for family and close friends was held on Sunday, December 9 in the Revere Room of Vespasian Warner Public Library, Clinton.

Survivors include his mother Virginia Wickenhouser, Clinton; sister Pat Bradley, Clinton; son David C. Peavler, Clinton; daughters Christina I. Peavler, Lincoln; Frances Pratt, Pueblo, Colo.; Pam George, Lisa Robertson and Catherine Martin, all of Oklahoma City, Okla.; step- children Willi Brennan, Billi Sinclair, Laura Thoms, Donna Burge, Mike Cornell, Terry Cornell, David Neal and Brian Neal, all of Clinton’ Gary Cornell, Bloomington, Ill.; 13 grandchildren and 17 great- grandchildren.

His wife Dorothy A. Peavler, two brothers James H. Peavler and Danny Eugene Peavler and father Melvin S. Peavler preceded him in death.
