CLINTON — The Lady Maroons took a break from Okaw Conference play with a Saturday morning tilt against a rebuilding Lexington team, winning handedly, 68-36.
While some might see the game as an easy 32 minutes of basketball, CHS head coach Josh Williams and his team used the game to fine-tune various offensive and defensive sets. Clinton pressured Lexington with full-court defense, man-to-man defense and even worked some zone defense into the game.
