CLINTON — Despite a unique game plan heading into Friday night’s conference tilt with the Meridian Hawks, the Clinton Maroons were dealt a humbling defeat, falling at home, 74-45.
The key to the loss, according to Clinton head coach Chris Gibson, was lack of rebounding, especially at the defensive end. However, the Maroons found themselves out of position to make key rebounds, thus giving the Hawks multiple looks on offense. For the complete article see the 01-22-2013 issue.
