City moves forward with vacant warehouse

CLINTON — The city council on Monday moved forward with plans to redevelop a vacant warehouse, located in the 300 block of N. Madison Street. The warehouse was formerly used by the Imperial China factory.

In 2012, the city included the property in the new TIF IV district. Officials have worked to obtain the site from an absentee owner.
