On Saturday, February 16 the Kenney Fire Department held an automobile extrication class at the fire station in Kenney. Twenty-five members were in attendance and trained on proper ways to extricate victims in the event of an automobile accident. Pictured are Kenney Fire Captain Brian Robinson instructing Jr. Firefighter Russel Brown on how to properly pry open a door using the Jaws of Life tool. It was a busy day for the members as they responded to a medical call directly before the training and a working structure fire during the training. The members of the Kenney Fire Department thanked Roben Huffman and firefighter Troy Lashbrook for donating two automobiles for the members to use for training.
