The other haunting on Washington Street

CLINTON ó Rick Angel isnít sure exactly when he began the Halloween tradition that has grown around his E. Washington Street home, but he knows he has been at it for at least 20 years.

While there was no real substitute for the unfortunate cancellation of this yearís Chamber haunted house Terror on Washington Street, trick or treaters were able to find a few local folks who annually do a bit more than the usual candy distribution. Rick Angel is one of those people.

He hasnít missed setting up his display in any Halloween in those 20 years.

ďNope, Iíve done it every year,Ē Angel said.
