Following a family tradition of
entrepreneurship, Clinton natives
and sisters Julia Schmid, 30, and Joan Pacetti, 33, decided it was their turn to start a business.
Now living in Bloomington-Normal, the women knew they loved to bake but felt the bakery market was saturated. Thanks to their love of cookie dough they began work on creating a product, sans eggs, that could be eaten raw.For the complete article see the 01-28-2014 issue.
