CLINTON — The city council heard a plan Monday to address flooding concerns along W. Jefferson Street. The plan will result in a template the street department can use for future projects.
At a previous council meeting public works supervisor Steve Lobb told the council flooding in the W. Jefferson Street area was caused primarily by the filling in of ditches over the years.
